Caregivers

Part of our care commitment is ensuring that all Caring Matters Home Care staff members have a deeply rooted passion for helping others. All of our caregivers must pass a criminal background check, child abuse clearance, drug screening, and are subject to routine, random drug testing on an ongoing basis. We require all our professional caregivers to have at least two years of paid experience and three favorable references. All caregivers also receive ongoing training.
